CMC engaged for $15MM Pierce-Arrow Factory Transformation

Work will soon start on the $15MM transformation of the long-vacant Pierce-Arrow Factory Complex in downtown Buffalo, NY.  Plans for the four story 100,000 sf building call for a total of 72 market rate loft apartments ranging in size from 700 to 1,500 square feet. The design also will include a reconstructed north parking lot for 120 vehicles. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.

CMC engaged for $25MM AP Lofts Renovation

CMC is consulting on the $25MM transformation of the long-vacant Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company building to apartments, providing Plan and Cost and Site Inspection reporting. The historic building is located in Larkinville (Buffalo). It is the largest renovation in the Buffalo area in terms of units.

CMC engaged for $48MM Arbor Hill Redevelopment

A comprehensive historic redevelopment in the Arbor Hill neighborhood in downtown Albany, New York is underway. The $48MM project will fully renovate SEVENTY (70) turn-of-the-century row houses containing 210 apartment units in the Clinton Avenue and Ten Broeck Triangle neighborhood. CMC is representing both the construction lender and the tax credit equity investor providing plan and cost review, budget analysis, monthly site inspections and construction progress monitoring services.

Work nearing completion on $12MM Independence Apartments in Missouri

Work is nearing completion on the $12MM Independence  Apartment complex in Eastland Park, MO.  The project will provide 128 apartment units for seniors. CMC was engaged to represent the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.  

Construction to Begin on $24MM Washington Square Apartments in Sewell, NJ.

Construction will begin shortly on the new $24MM Washington Square Apartment complex in Sewell, NJ. The 128-unit senior housing project will be part of the larger Washington Square mixed-use development situated on 35 acres which will include 10,000 SF of retail space, a medical building, entertainment space and up to 400 housing units. CMC was engaged to provide plan and doc review, budget/cost analysis as well as monthly construction progress monitoring services.
 

$20MM Conversion of Pierce Arrow Motor Car Building in Buffalo to Begin.

The conversion and re-use of the Pierce Arrow Motor Car building on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, NY is set to begin soon. The $20MM renovation project will transform the historic structure into 105 loft apartments and retail space (a 100-seat restaurant is currently proposed). CMC is representing the construction lender and will provide an upfront building condition assessment, plan review, budget and cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.

Work to begin in October on $10MM Keuka Gardens Apartments in Penn Yan

Work will begin in October on the Keuka Gardens Apartment complex in Penn Yan, New York. The $10MM project will provide 42 apartments in total; 31 workforce apartments and 11 apartments for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Keuka Gardens will include office space for the supportive service provider, a community room, bicycle storage, and a playground. The building will meet Silver certification level of the US Green Building Council LEED Rating System. CMC was engaged to represent the construction lender to provide plan and doc review, budget/cost analysis as well as site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.

Construction will soon start on the $15MM renovation of the Buffalo City Mission. Plans for the 75,000 sf building call for a total of 92 emergency beds and expanded community services. $6MM historic redevelopment in Niagara Falls soon underway

A comprehensive historic redevelopment of several structures at Niagara and Seventh Streets in Niagara Falls, New York will soon be underway. The $6MM mixed-use project will provide 17 market-rate apartments and office/incubator space. The Niagara Global Tourism Institute will occupy office space in the project. CMC was engaged by the construction lender to provide plan, doc and cost review analysis as well as monthly site inspection and construction progress monitoring services.

$30MM Phase I redevelopment of Westbrook Village Apartments to begin

The $30 million Phase I redevelopment of the Westbrook Village Apartment Complex located Hartford, CT - North End will get underway soon. Under a multi-phased plan, the existing 1940's era 360-unit complex will be demolished and 400 new apartments units, a grocery store, a pharmacy and other retail services will be built on the site. The initial phase of the project will consist of 75 apartment units and community space. $55MM Riverbridge Apartments set to begin

Construction will begin shortly on the new $55 million Riverbridge Apartment complex in Berlin, MA. The 204-unit multi-building complex will be part of the larger Riverbridge Village, a mixed-use development situated on 112 acres which will include retail, medical, hospitality and entertainment space. Work will soon begin on the $25 million 200-unit Sibley Lofts project in Rochester NY. The residential phase is part of a larger $150 million multi-phased re-use project which will transform the 1-million square foot Sibley Building into an urban mixed-use development including residential space, office space, and retail space.
